“The aim of our instruction,” Paul writes, “is love from a pure heart, a clear conscience and a sincere faith.”
This should be the aim of all church leadership. If we are to be a healthy church – and plant healthy churches – then we must disciple and develop healthy leaders. Such healthy leaders will build and maintain healthy churches (1 Tim 3:1-13; Titus 1:5-8).
To this end, Riverside Community Church has designed a two part leadership training series to further equip the saints for the work of ministry (Eph 4:11) and enhance our life together as the church. The two sessions will be Saturday, March 5th from 9:00am – 12:00pm and Saturday, March 26th from 9:00am – 12:00pm. Below is a brief breakdown of each session.
